Shipping Info: We aim to ship all items within 48hrs of the order being placed via Royal Mail First Class and airmail for international. UK deliveries 2-3 days, Western Europe 3-5 days, Rest of Europe 3-7 days, Rest of World 5-7 days.
Return Policy: We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 14 days. Please e-mail fragilecreatures@gmail.com quoting your order number, the items you are returning, stating that the items are unwanted and you require a refund.

All goods that are returned are the responsibility of the customer. You may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us and in all cases the buyer is responsible for postage charges.
